This helps us to think of the key behavioural requirements of the job you are recruiting for, in a natural and intuitive way. Behavioural Assessment & Aptitude Testing
Using a proven range of tools we can measure a person's trainability and speed of learning. The process provides a reliable, accurate and valid means of identifying how quickly a person can learn and retain new skills and procedures. This is an "ability test" not an intelligence test and the process uses 5 timed tests to measure perceptual speed, reasoning, working memory, number speed and accuracy and spatial visualisation. This assessment can be used to ensure candidates being interviewed have the right behavioural make-up to succeed in your work environment or be used as part of an employee development program.
